Rent My Dust gets to go on the most awesome photo shoots! Sometimes we cry when we see beautiful photos using our "dust". We were so blessed that Hannah wanted to rent our vintage metal bed for her boudoirs. I can't remember but I think I talked her into letting me bring the gold fainting couch too. And to make this boudoir even more perfect, her photographer was Apryl from Apryl Ann Photography. Then we got to go to one of my favorite hidden spots and it was a glorious day with oh so pretty light making a perfect outdoor setting. Then topping of the perfect day was the gorgeous flowers from Bows + Arrows. It doesn't get any better than this!

Perfection! That is what we see when we look at these amazing photos from Anna Routh Photography of JoAnn & Kelly's Dallas Wedding at the Filter Building, White Rock Lake, Dallas Texas. JoAnn was a bride with a vision and it was magic when she put all the elements together. What an eye! We are so proud to have many of our vintage items there that day and so blessed that we got to meet JoAnn and be a small part of her and Kelly's special day. Rent My Dust always gets the coolest bride's & groom's!! Meet Kathy + Anthony. You might remember them from an earlier blog post with their engagements at Bishop Arts District. They are young cool and hip. They love bright colors and the color was YELLOW! They wanted colorful vintage and of course we were right there with them. Plus they had some amazing vendors. The Great Gatsby is a classic and read by many in their high school English class. I even remember reading it and thought that Jay, Daisy & Tom were extremely selfish but interesting people. Kristine from Urban Magnolia Weddings and Events asked Rent My Dust Vintage Rentals to be a part of this lovely inspiration shoot and we couldn't say no. Who doesn't love the opulence of the roaring 1920's? The photos are some of the most beautiful we have ever seen and are from Brittany Nicole Photography. This shoot was even featured in Style Me Pretty Texas!

Rent My Dust is so in love with this amazingly gorgeous engagement session by June Bug Company Photography. We meet Jana & Ryan back in the Spring and thought they were the sweetest couple ever. Jana had a vision and once she saw our vintage Victorian Settee she knew it would be perfect for their anthropology e-session. They told us about their white puppy dog but we didn't realize that the Westie would be included in the photos. Wow! How cute can you get? We love so many of the elements including the living room set up in Harry Myers Park, the bright yellow, the lighting and the Westie puppy! Also featured in Style Me Pretty:

Rent My Dust was asked to be a part of an awesome World War 2 themed styled photo shoot. This shoot was the brain child of Lisa Ham with Coco Fleur Events and Shani Baird from Timeless Images Photography along with the amazing MaRanda Waite with Waite for me Events. The Milestone in Denton, TX allowed us to use their beautiful wedding venue. Kelsey Blackwood, and Remington Rafael, engaged couple are the models. Brandy Baird with Rock-n i-Candy Salon in Sanger, TX did the makeup and hair bring us back in time for this shoot. The vintage Rolls Royce was provided by: LaCoda Wedding Services.

We always dreamed of doing a 1950s rockabilly wedding type styled shoot with our own inventory using our colorful radios as the background. From our radio alter to our cookie jar cookie dessert bar, to our sweet lady headvases, we used all the items that we adore to help inspire you to think of fresh ideas for your wedding or next vintage party. This shoot is so southern, it’s breathtaking! Stationary details by Southern Fried Paper include custom “Will you be my Bridesmaid” vintage hankies, paper banners, place cards and cookie favor milk cartons. All the details were shot by the lovely Stephanie Rose Photography! All the super sassy vintage items from Rent My Dust and styled by Jen Rios Design. Rent My Dust designed this amazing group of vendors with organizational help from Lottie at Couture Events by Lottie. The photographer, Natalie Shelton of Nbarrett Photography was there and took these sweet photos with the help of the most amazing Amy Karp. The gorgeous florals were by The Wooly Thistle. Also on board was the amazing Southern Fried Paper. A vintage Jessica McClintock Gunne Sax dress was reworked by Maybe Sew. Our stunning wedding gown was supplied by The Brides Room. Hair & Makeup was done by Lashes & Curls by Cerly. The lovely piano inspired wedding cake was made by Legacy Cakes in Grapevine, Texas. We just can't get enough of the modern themed styled shoots! This one is the vision of Britney Benedict from Tucker Images. Britney has a special way of telling a fairy tale in a modern day setting through her photo. We call that an artist!!! As you can see, she has done this again with a few props from Rent My Dust. We were so so happy to have our items featured! If you look close you can see our vintage metal bed with vintage linens. Also notice our brass bladed fan and some other items on the night stand. We are so thankful that Britney wanted to use our items and we hope that she will use them again.

Rent My Dust loves working with incredible couples like Caitlin & Cody on their vintage engagement shoot right in our hometown, Grapevine, Texas. The Game of Love is a charming photo shoot designed and photographed by Katie Cassidy Photography.  Katie is not only an amazing photographer but she is also a great stylist too!  This is one of the cutest shoot that we have ever had the opportunity to be a part of!  Wish a fabulous theme (Game of Love!), oh-so-creative paper goods by Southern Fried Paper, popcorn programs and some yummy treats by Layered Bake Shop, this darling day is overflowing with wonderful ideas that you can tackle all on your very own.   All planned to perfection by Wendy Kidd of Each & Every Detail.  It was also our first time published on Style Me Pretty. 

We are so excited to get to introduce you to, bride & groom, Maranda & Dennis.  Maranda is also a wedding coordinator and owns, Waite For Me Events. This amazing photo shoot  was done completely with an iPhone 4g.  It was the brain child of Chelsea at  McGowen Images.  She wanted to show that basically, it is the person behind the camera that makes a difference in the photos.  Pretty impressive!  Special thanks go out to, Meagan of MegBDesign, who is one of the most amazing stylist that I know. She styles everything the way I would love to style it. She did all the shopping, baked the cake and did the hair and makeup for this shoot. I adore you Meg!!! Rent My Dust Vintage Rentals simply adores a well done vintage styled engagement shoot and this one from our vintage couple, Asmini & Bhavik is by far one of our very favorites. Asmini chose the T & P Building in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.  One of the most gorgeous Art Deco Building in town.  Not to mention their photographer, Greg Blomberg is the very best at what he does.  We were blown away by the beauty of each and every photo and we think you will be too.  They are timeless and so beautiful! 

One of our favorite engagement sessions was featured on Wedding Chicks! We were so bless to have a small part in it with our vintage bike. Huge kudos go out to Ryan Ray Photography and Stefanie at  Lavender Joy Weddings. Richie and Linda wanted their engagement session to be an invitation to all their family and friends from all over to travel to their wedding.
